For this album remix project, I took design elements from two album covers, Souvenirs by Dan Fogelberg and The Best of Peter, Paul and Mary: 10 (Ten) Years Together, and created a brand new cover. My version was for a made-up band called Soul Grieves, with the album titled Eternal Garden. I used the flowers from the Peter, Paul and Mary cover and the animal skull from the Dan Fogelberg album as the main artwork. The color palette is mostly gray with textures that give it a gravestone-like feeling. I also added upside-down butterflies and more flowers to enhance the emotional and nostalgic vibe. For the font, I chose Adobe Garamond Pro, which both original albums used, to keep a sense of connection and consistency in the new design.
